The team’s commitment to delivering market-leading investment banking service to clients with middle market M&A requirements has not changed in over 30 years. The team consistently completes over 30 transactions each year and is ranked the No.1 middle market M&A boutique by activity.
Today, Livingstone’s UK team consists of a full-time staff of 35 working closely with a panel of 12 industry advisers out of a single office in the West End, London’s world-famous theatre district. Livingstone services the whole of the United Kingdom and Ireland from its London-base.
