Simon qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Ernst & Young after joining the firm from the University of Nottingham where he studied Economics. During his time at Ernst & Young, Simon was part of the corporate finance rotation programme, spending time in the M&A, restructuring, commercial and financial due diligence teams. He gained experience across a broad spectrum of sectors, with a particular emphasis on retail and media. Simon joined Livingstone in April 2010, and works across a variety of sectors.

After graduating from the University of Cambridge with a degree in Engineering and Management Studies, Thomas joined PwC in London where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. During his time at PwC, Thomas worked in the firm’s Business Recovery Services department and gained experience in the financial services, retail and paper industries.
Thomas joined Livingstone in 2011 and works within Livingstone’s media:tech team.

Tim joined Livingstone in 1989 with experience of buying and selling companies as a principal.
Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young, he moved into a corporate development role with a number of international groups.
Tim has advised on over 100 deals at Livingstone with deal values of up to £200m ($400m). He has worked with owner-managers, listed and international groups, private equity houses and management teams on buying and selling businesses in sectors such as media:tech, Recruitment, Food and Financial Services. Tim is jointly responsible for Livingstone's media:tech team.

After graduating from Oxford University, where he studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics, Jack joined consulting firm LECG (now part of global business advisory group FTI Consulting) as part of their specialist valuation team, working across a range of sectors and continuing his professional development through the CFA programme. Jack moved to Lincoln International in 2010 and began building corporate finance experience, working within both their M&A and Pensions Advisory groups.
He joined Livingstone in 2012 as an Analyst where he supports the firm’s media:tech sector team.

Jochen began his career in the private equity division of a large German bank in 1992. For the first three years, he was in charge of venture capital financing of young technology companies, then for a further three years he worked as head in the equity financing division for mid-cap companies and specialised in IPOs.
From 1999 until the end of 2008 he worked for the M&A consultancy firm InterFinanz, from 2002 as a Director and from 2006 as a Partner.
Jochen is co-founder and shareholder of Livingstone Germany.
He has international transaction experience and specialist knowledge of technology industries including mechanical and plant engineering, automotive, electrical engineering, sanitary industry, technical wholesale, information technology & Internet, MedTech and travel & leisure.

Philip studied Business Administration at the University of Düsseldorf before he started his career in the transaction services department of Ernst & Young in 2005.
Since 2007 he worked with Bank of Scotland in Frankfurt. First as a member of a multi-national leverage finance team and later as part of the local corporate finance team, he was involved in a wide range of financing transactions.
Philip joined Livingstone Germany in 2010 and is experienced in international transactions, with special knowledge in the automotive, manufacturing and IT-sector.
