Since joining Livingstone Partners in 1994, Simon has led over 75 deals across a variety of sectors, acting for owner managers, corporate and private equity houses.
Whilst Simon co-heads the Consumer sector team, he continues to be actively involved in the Human Capital, Healthcare, and Technology sectors.

After graduating in Economics from Manchester University, Richard qualified as a lawyer at Paisner & Co before joining Herbert Smith as a corporate lawyer. In 1999 Richard joined KPMG Corporate Finance where he was instrumental in the development of its media team until joining Livingstone in 2006.
Richard is jointly responsible for Livingstone’s media:tech team and is currently developing Livingstone’s global Healthcare team. Richard has led a wide range of private and public company transactions across numerous sectors.

Following graduation from Cambridge University and law school, Jeremy joined Clifford Chance, the international corporate law firm. Since qualifying as a lawyer in 1991 Jeremy has specialised in M&A in the public and private company arenas.
Jeremy joined Livingstone in 1993, he has led deals in a variety of sectors including defence and automotive engineering, printing and packaging, building products and consultancy.
Jeremy is primarily responsible for leading the firm's Business Services sector team but is also active in the Defence and Security sectors. Jeremy has played an active role in developing Livingstone's international M&A capability.

Patrick qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte in Dublin. He then joined multinational fruit distributor The Fyffes Group in London as Special Projects Accountant where he gained extensive operational and corporate finance experience working in the UK, USA and Spain.
Patrick has led a significant number of management buy-outs/buy-ins, acquisition and disposal assignments since joining in 1994. He has extensive experience in the Food, Print & Packaging, Manufacturing and Home and Building Products sectors.
He heads up Livingstone's Private Equity practise and co-heads Livingstone's Consumer team.

Tim joined Livingstone in 1989 with experience of buying and selling companies as a principal.
Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young, he moved into a corporate development role with a number of international groups.
Tim has advised on over 100 deals at Livingstone with deal values of up to £200m ($400m). He has worked with owner-managers, listed and international groups, private equity houses and management teams on buying and selling businesses in sectors such as media:tech, Recruitment, Food and Financial Services. Tim is jointly responsible for Livingstone's media:tech team.

Having completed his schooling in Australia, Daniel graduated from Oxford University in 2000. He then moved to the United States to join Tyco Electronics Corporation, the world's largest supplier of passive electronic components, where he worked as part of Tyco's in-house M&A team. Upon his return to the UK, Daniel joined Moore Stephens Corporate Finance, where he advised clients on a range of transaction types. He continued his education in his spare time, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) in 2004.
Daniel devotes most of his time to working in Livingstone's media:tech sector, with a focus on software and online media, and the Consumer sector team.

Kristian joined BDO Stoy Hayward in 1998, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant, working with entrepreneurial and owner-managed businesses.
In 2004 he joined KPMG's mid-market Corporate Finance team, where he focused on private equity transactions with clients including Candover, Exponent, Trinity Mirror and National Accident Helpline.
He was a member of the Healthcare and Support Services teams at KPMG prior to joining Livingstone in 2007.
Kristian now focuses on the Business Services sector team.

After graduating from Durham University, Alex qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG in London. During his time at KPMG, Alex gained experience of M&A tax, due diligence and valuation assignments, with a particular focus on property and construction companies.
Since joining Livingstone in January 2007, Alex has advised on and led a number of transactions, including disposals, acquisitions and MBOs for corporate and private equity clients and owner managers. Previous clients include EIC, Hamworthy, Brandon Hire, Hallmark Industries, Exploration Logistics and Reed & Mackay.

Christopher has nearly ten years of M&A advisory experience and is Co-Head of Livingstone’s Consumer sector team.
Christopher joined Livingstone in 2005, prior to which he spent five years at Ernst & Young in London where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Christopher has advised on over 25 transactions, including company disposals, fundraisings, acquisitions and a large number of private equity backed deals. Christopher has a specialist focus on the Travel, Leisure, Retail and Consumer Products sectors.
Christopher’s recent transactions include the £47m sale of cinema group City Screen to Cineworld plc, the (2009) recapitalisation and subsequent (2012) £19m sale of online travel agent Iglu.com, and the £50m sale of leading business travel management group Reed & Mackay.

After graduating from University College, London with a degree in history in 1995, Tom joined the Financial Times Group, where he worked as a sector analyst. Bill has over 20 years’ experience of investing, leveraged funding and advising in the banking and private equity sector, as well as having led corporate acquisition and disposals. With Royal Bank of Scotland’s Leveraged Finance group he set up the Scotland team, led their expansion into Europe and was Managing Director of its large deals joint venture: Caledonian Capital. He was then Managing Director of Royal Bank Ventures before founding Capital Advisors Limited, providing debt advisory and strategic corporate advice to investment and management teams. As a result he has extensive financing experience across a range of sectors and industries. Prior to joining RBS Bill qualified as a CA with KPMG and was Deputy Head of M&A at The Morgan Crucible Company.

After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant at regional accountancy firm BKL, Harry worked for a subsidiary of UK leisure group Rank Group plc. Returning to BKL, he assisted in the eventual sale of the firm to Tenon Group plc. Harry was part of the Tenon team that acquired Livingstone in October 2001 and, when it concluded its buy-out from Tenon in 2003, he joined the Livingstone team.
