Zusammen erzielt die Gruppe einen Umsatz von 1,3 Milliarden SEK und besch\u00e4ftigt rund 500 Mitarbeiter. Capillar Equity h\u00e4lt etwas mehr als 50 % der Anteile an der Nordic Climate Group, w\u00e4hrend die Unternehmer der lokalen Unternehmen weiterhin einen bedeutenden Anteil an der Gruppe behalten.<\/p><p><em>\u201eDie Nordic Climate Group wird bereits von Anfang an eine marktf\u00fchrende Position einnehmen. Livingstone eine weitere Transaktion im Bereich Business Services ab, nachdem zuvor bereits der Verkauf von IBS Byggnadsst\u00e4llningar an Xervon, der Verkauf von TM Konsult an AFRY und der Verkauf von MJ Contractor an Storskogen abgeschlossen
