Livingstone hat Liefetime Brands w\u00e4hrend der Transaktion beraten.<\/p>\n<p>Lifetime Brands ist ein weltweiter Anbieter von Marken-Geschirr, -Besteck und anderen Haushalts-Produkten. Das Unternehmen vermarktet seine Produkte in Gro\u00dfbritannien und international unter bekannten Markennamen.<\/p>\n<p>Livingstone hat Lifetime Brands bereits w\u00e4hrend der Akquisitionen von Creative Tops und Kitchen Craft beraten und das \u00a0b\u00f6rsennotierte Unternehmen \u00a0bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung seiner globalen Akquisitionsstrategie unterst\u00fctzt.<\/p>\n<p>Mit Niederlassungen in Gro\u00dfbritannien, Europa und den USA, entwickelt und vertreibt La Cafeti\u00e8re Artikel zum Brauen und Ausschenken von Kaffee und Tee wie z.B. der bekannten La Cafeti\u00e8re Kaffeepresse.
