Die Wertsch\u00f6pfung reicht vom Recycling \u00fcber das Strangpressen von Aluminium, die mechanische Weiterbearbeitung bis hin zur Oberfl\u00e4chenveredlung und Montage von einbaufertigen Teilen. Das Unternehmen besch\u00e4ftigt ca. 800 festangestellte Mitarbeiter und realisierte in 2014 einen Umsatz von EUR 205 Mio.<\/p>\n<p>Mit einem j\u00e4hrlichen Produktionsaussto\u00df von ca. 80.000 Tonnen Aluminiumprofilen an den Standorten Monheim und Roermond (NL) sowie eigenen Eloxal-\u00a0 und Pulverbeschichtungsanlagen an den Standorten Monheim, Roermond (NL) und Eckental mit einer Jahreskapazit\u00e4t von 6,0 Mio. qm z\u00e4hlt apt Group zu den gr\u00f6\u00dften unabh\u00e4ngigen Herstellern in Europa.<\/p>\n<p>Das 1972 von Werner Hiller (81) gegr\u00fcndete Unternehmen ist seit der Gr\u00fcndung kontinuierlich gewachsen. 1999 \u00fcbergab Werner Hiller das operative Gesch\u00e4ft an Frans Kurvers (65) und wechselte in den Beirat der apt Hiller GmbH. Frans Kurvers wurde zugleich Gesellschafter mit knapp der H\u00e4lfte der Gesch\u00e4ftsanteile, w\u00e4hrend Werner Hiller Hauptgesellschafter blieb. Die Gesellschafterstruktur wurde nun auf die kommenden Herausforderungen im Markt angepasst. Werner Hiller scheidet im Rahmen der Transaktion als Gesellschafter aus.\u00a0<strong>\u201eIch habe mich w\u00e4hrend der gesamten Dauer der Transaktion durch das deutsch-chinesische Team von Livingstone stets gut und professionell beraten gef\u00fchlt. Ich hatte immer das Gef\u00fchl, das meine Berater alle zum jeweiligen Zeitpunkt notwendigen Schritte unternommen haben, um meine Interessen sowie die des Unternehmens zu wahren\u201c<\/strong>, sagt Werner Hiller.<\/p>\n<p>Der neue Hauptgesellschafter SEDANT Group erwirbt in diesem Zuge 75% der Gesch\u00e4ftsanteile. \u00dcber den Kaufpreis wurde Stillschweigen vereinbart. Die restlichen Anteile h\u00e4lt weiter der CEO Frans Kurvers, der dem Unternehmen weiterhin als gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrender Gesellschafter zur Verf\u00fcgung steht. Ihre Pr\u00e4senz in Europa und China war entscheidend f\u00fcr den erfolgreichen Abschluss\u201c.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SEDANT Group ist ein mittelst\u00e4ndisches und inhabergef\u00fchrtes Unternehmen mit Hauptsitz in Beijing, welches mit ca. 1.000 Mitarbeitern ca. EUR 500 Mio. umsetzt. Die Unternehmensgruppe z\u00e4hlt in China zu den f\u00fchrenden Herstellern von energieeffizienten und klimafreundlichen Komponenten f\u00fcr die Bauindustrie und ist dar\u00fcber hinaus in den Bereichen Immobilienentwicklung, Pkw-Distribution und Financial Investments aktiv. Die Leitung der apt Gruppenunternehmen liegt weiterhin in der Verantwortung der bisherigen Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer. Sie werden das weitere Wachstum und die Internationalisierung der apt Group vorantreiben.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die SEDANT Group bietet die Beteiligung an apt Group die M\u00f6glichkeit, als technologisches Unternehmen international zu wachsen und die strategische Ausrichtung u.a. auf umweltfreundliche Baumaterialien weiter auszudehnen. Durch die Zusammenarbeit ergeben sich dar\u00fcber hinaus f\u00fcr SEDANT eine Erweiterung des Produktportfolios und der Zugang zu weiteren europ\u00e4ischen Premiumkunden. Dabei vertraut SEDANT-Gr\u00fcnder Xudong Wang (47) dem lokalen europ\u00e4ischen apt Management-Team, das mit dem Einstieg des finanzstarken Gesellschafters nationale, aber auch internationale
