Das Industrie-Team von Livingstone hat Etex, ein f\u00fchrendes international t\u00e4tiges belgisches Unternehmen im Bereich Bauprodukte, bei der Ver\u00e4u\u00dferung des portugiesischen Beteiligungsunternehmens Umbelino Monteiro, ein Spezialist in der Keramikdachziegelindustrie, an einen Investor erfolgreich beraten. Bei dem Investor handelt es sich um Frankreichs f\u00fchrenden Hersteller von Keramikdachziegeln, Edilians vormals Imerys Toiture.<\/strong><\/p>

Umbelino Monteiro wurde 1959 gegr\u00fcndet und ist mit 100 Mitarbeitern eine der bekanntesten Marken auf dem portugiesischen Dachdeckungsmarkt. Das Unternehmen ist zugleich einer der gr\u00f6\u00dften Hersteller von Tonziegeln und Keramikzubeh\u00f6r f\u00fcr den Dachbau und bietet seine L\u00f6sungen sowohl auf dem nationalen Markt als auch auf den internationalen M\u00e4rkten.<\/p>

Edilians ist der f\u00fchrende Dachziegelhersteller Frankreichs und hat sich auf dauerhafte L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr D\u00e4cher und Fassaden spezialisiert. Die \u00dcbernahme von Umbelino steht im Einklang mit dem strategischen Plan des Konzerns, die europ\u00e4ische Pr\u00e4senz durch Zuk\u00e4ufe zu erweitern.<\/p>
