Livingstone hat <\/strong>Etex<\/strong><\/a>, einen belgischen internationalen Baustoffspezialisten, erfolgreich bei der Ver\u00e4u\u00dferung seiner s\u00fcdafrikanischen Tochtergesellschaft f\u00fcr Wohnungsdachdeckungen <\/strong>Marley <\/strong><\/a>(SA) (Pty) Ltd. an die <\/strong>Kutana Investment Group<\/strong><\/a> beraten.<\/strong><\/p>

Marley (SA) (Pty) Ltd wurde 1971 gegr\u00fcndet und 1999 von Etex \u00fcbernommen. Marley Roofing ist ein renommiertes und vertrauensw\u00fcrdiges Dachdeckerunternehmen in S\u00fcdafrika, das in der Herstellung und im Vertrieb von Betondachsteinen und Zubeh\u00f6r t\u00e4tig ist. Das Unternehmen hat vier Werke und besch\u00e4ftigt 300 Mitarbeiter.<\/p>

Kutana Investment ist eine s\u00fcdafrikanische Investitionsgruppe mit lokalen Wurzeln. Zusammen mit der Unterst\u00fctzung des Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrers wird sie eine hervorragende Muttergesellschaft f\u00fcr das Unternehmen sein.<\/p>
