(\u201eSAIB\u201c, jetzt EGGER Italia S.p.A.), einem der f\u00fchrenden italienischen Hersteller von Holzwerkstoffplatten aus Recyclingmaterial, und unterst\u00fctzte sie w\u00e4hrend des gesamten Bewertungs- und Verkaufsprozesses ihrer Beteiligung an <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.egger.com\/it\/?country=IT\"><strong>EGGER<\/strong><\/a><strong>, einem \u00f6sterreichischen Industriekonzern und einem der f\u00fchrenden internationalen Akteure im Bereich Holzwerkstoffprodukte.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Transaktion ist Teil eines Prozesses, der im Jahr 2022 begann, als Livingstone die Gesellschafter von SAIB bei der strategischen grenz\u00fcberschreitenden Fusion mit EGGER beriet, die darauf abzielte, die zuk\u00fcnftige Entwicklung des Unternehmens zu f\u00f6rdern und seine industrielle sowie wettbewerbsbezogene Positionierung weiter zu st\u00e4rken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im Rahmen des neuen Mandats unterst\u00fctzte Livingstone die Minderheitsaktion\u00e4re bei der Festlegung des Weges zur Wertrealisierung ihrer jeweiligen Anteile unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung der Unternehmensentwicklung und der in den letzten Jahren aufgebauten Beziehung zum neuen industriellen Anteilseigner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Livingstone unterst\u00fctzte seine Mandanten zudem durch Finanzanalysen, die den Verhandlungsprozess untermauerten, sowie bei der Ausarbeitung ma\u00dfgeschneiderter L\u00f6sungen, die ihren jeweiligen Bed\u00fcrfnissen gerecht wurden, w\u00e4hrend parallel dazu Verhandlungen mit EGGER gef\u00fchrt wurden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Prozess endete mit der Unterzeichnung von Vertr\u00e4gen \u00fcber den Verkauf der von den Minderheitsaktion\u00e4ren gehaltenen Anteile, was einen weiteren Schritt auf dem Weg darstellt, der mit der Investition von EGGER in SAIB begann, und die Kontinuit\u00e4t in der Entwicklung des Unternehmens innerhalb der
