Livingstone hat die Amadys<\/a> Gruppe, ein belgisches Portfoliounternehmen von Equistone Partners Europe, bei der Add-On Akquisition der Muth Kommunikationstechnik GmbH beraten. Mit der Akquisition erweitert die Amadys Gruppe ihre Marktpr\u00e4senz und Reichweite in Deutschland. Amadys hat 100 % der Anteile an der Muth Kommunikationstechnik GmbH erworben. \u00dcber die Einzelheiten der Transaktion haben beide Parteien Stillschweigen vereinbart.<\/p>\n

Amadys, mit Hauptsitz in Br\u00fcssel, ist ein f\u00fchrender Systemintegrator von End-to-End-Konnektivit\u00e4tsl\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr Telekommunikations-, Infrastruktur-, Energie- und Rechenzentrumsm\u00e4rkte. Die Unternehmensgruppe ist in den Benelux-L\u00e4ndern, Deutschland und D\u00e4nemark, sowie nun auch in \u00d6sterreich und der Slowakei t\u00e4tig und erwirtschaftet einen Jahresumsatz von mehr als 200 Millionen Euro. Die Amadys Gruppe ist ein f\u00fchrender Anbieter von L\u00f6sungen im Bereich passiver Netzwerkkomponenten f\u00fcr die Versorgungsinfrastruktur und bietet ein breites Sortiment an Produkten \u2013 mit Fokus auf Telekommunikation, Wasser, Gas und Elektrizit\u00e4t \u2013 sowie industrielle Anwendungen an. Von Equistone beratene Fonds hatten die Amadys Gruppe gemeinsam mit dem Management im Dezember 2019 \u00fcbernommen.<\/p>\n

Die Muth Kommunikationstechnik GmbH wurde 1991 in Kabelsketal bei Halle gegr\u00fcndet und ist ein Fachgro\u00dfhandel f\u00fcr Elektro- und Kommunikationstechnik. Muth bietet seinen Kunden ein breites Produktportfolio namhafter Hersteller im Bereich der Daten- und Netzwerktechnik im Kupfer- und Glasfaserbereich f\u00fcr LAN- und WAN-Netze an. Von besonderer Bedeutung ist die Zusammenarbeit mit der Firma CommScope, f\u00fcr die Muth der deutsche Logistikpartner im Bereich des FIST-Systems ist. Mit mehr als 1.900 m2<\/sup> Lagerfl\u00e4che gew\u00e4hrleistet Muth eine optimale Materialbevorratung, um schnelle Lieferzeiten realisieren zu k\u00f6nnen. Zusammen mit dem umfangreichen Produkt-Know-How ist Muth ein bekannter und zuverl\u00e4ssiger Partner f\u00fcr seine Kunden.<\/p>\n

Die \u00dcbernahme der Muth Kommunikationstechnik GmbH spiegelt f\u00fcr die Amadys Gruppe einen weiteren wichtigen Schritt hinsichtlich ihrer Wachstumsstrategie wider. Die Transaktion erm\u00f6glicht der schnell wachsenden Amadys Gruppe die Reichweite in der DACH Region zu erh\u00f6hen und die F\u00e4higkeit als One-Stop-Shop Anbieter f\u00fcr die Gesch\u00e4ftspartner verbessert agieren zu k\u00f6nnen. Die Muth Kommunikationstechnik wird weiterhin von Herrn Lutz Muth zusammen mit dem neu ernannten Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer Manuel Laibl geleitet.<\/p>\n
