Mit der Akquisition erweitert die Amadys Gruppe neben dem Ausbau des qualitativ hochwertigen Portfolios auch ihre Marktpr\u00e4senz und Reichweite in Deutschland. \u00dcber die Einzelheiten der Transaktion haben beide Parteien Stillschweigen vereinbart.<\/p>\n<p>Amadys, mit Hauptsitz in Br\u00fcssel, ist ein f\u00fchrender Systemintegrator von End-to-End-Konnektivit\u00e4tsl\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr Telekommunikations-, Infrastruktur-, Energie- und Rechenzentrumsm\u00e4rkte. Die Unternehmensgruppe ist in den Benelux-L\u00e4ndern, Deutschland, D\u00e4nemark, \u00d6sterreich und der Slowakei t\u00e4tig und erwirtschaftet einen Jahresumsatz von mehr als 275 Millionen Euro. Die Amadys-Gruppe ist ein f\u00fchrender Anbieter von L\u00f6sungen im Bereich passiver Netzwerkkomponenten f\u00fcr die Versorgungsinfrastruktur und bietet ein breites Sortiment an Produkten \u2013 mit Fokus auf Telekommunikation, Wasser, Gas und Elektrizit\u00e4t \u2013 sowie industrielle Anwendungen an. Von Equistone beratene Fonds hatten die Amadys-Gruppe gemeinsam mit dem Management im Dezember 2019 \u00fcbernommen und begleiten seither eine erfolgreiche europ\u00e4ische Buy-and-Build-Strategie.<\/p>\n<p>Die PRO-Kunststoff GmbH wurde 1985 in R\u00fcsselsheim als H\u00e4ndler f\u00fcr Kunststoffkomponenten im Infrastruktur- und Industriebau gegr\u00fcndet. Heute liegt der Fokus des Unternehmens und seiner \u00fcber 20 Mitarbeiter auf allen Produkten \u201evom POP bis zum Hausanschluss\u201c im stark wachsenden Markt f\u00fcr Breitband-Infrastruktur. Als etablierter deutscher Logistikpartner f\u00fcr Netzbetreiber und Bauunternehmen bietet die PRO-Kunststoff GmbH ihren Kunden ein vielf\u00e4ltiges Angebot innovativer Qualit\u00e4tsprodukte wie z.B. Microducts, Mikrokabel, Sch\u00e4chte und Hausanschl\u00fcsse an. Mit circa 6.500 Quadratmetern Lagerfl\u00e4che gew\u00e4hrleistet die PRO-Kunststoff GmbH zudem eine optimale Materialbevorratung, um schnelle Lieferzeiten realisieren zu k\u00f6nnen. Die bisherigen Gesellschafter-Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer Michael Helfrich und Erik Maier-Rebenich werden sich an der Amadys Gruppe r\u00fcckbeteiligen und den Ausbau in Deutschland weiterhin als Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der PRO-Kunststoff GmbH aktiv begleiten.<\/p>\n<p>Die \u00dcbernahme der PRO-Kunststoff GmbH ist ein weiterer wichtiger Schritt f\u00fcr die schnell wachsende Amadys Gruppe in der Umsetzung ihrer Wachstumsstrategie.
