Livingstone is pleased to announce the firm\u2019s Benelux team has acted as M&A advisor on the acquisition of <\/strong>Sogelink<\/strong><\/a> to LOCATIQS.<\/strong><\/p>

Sogelink, a portfolio company of Keensight Capital, has acquired its Dutch counterpart Locatiqs, a developer of software for outdoor\/public spaces. The acquisition involves an amount between \u20ac100 mln and \u20ac150 mln. Together, the two companies want to offer their software throughout Europe.<\/p>

Locatiqs makes applications that allow companies to see how land and public spaces are arranged. This allows builders and groundworkers to see where cables and pipelines are located, for all kinds of purposes, such as fiber optics. Locatiqs\u2019 applications are also used by policy makers to find out which zoning plan applies to which specific area. The company has approximately 250 employees and is active in, among others, Germany, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. With Main Capital Partners as a shareholder, Locatiqs\u2019 turnover has grown from \u20ac6 mln to \u20ac35 mln.<\/p>

Sogelink acquired eight companies in the past five years, after the acquisition of Locatiqs it has more than 650 employees and a turnover of more than \u20ac130 mln. By merging Sogelink and Locatiqs, the two companies can benefit from each other\u2019s knowledge and serve a broader market in Europe.<\/p>

Keensight Capital is a leading European investor focused on the Technology and Healthcare sectors. It supports management teams in developing strategic visions and implementing these.<\/p>

The transaction was signed in April 2022.<\/p>
