Livingstone fungierte als exklusiver Finanzberater sowohl f\u00fcr Rescar als auch f\u00fcr AllTranstek und schloss damit die dritte und vierte Transaktion f\u00fcr die Familie Schieszler ab.<\/strong><\/p>

Rescar Companies wurde 1969 gegr\u00fcndet und hat seinen Hauptsitz in Downers Grove, Illinois.
