Livingstone fungierte als exklusiver Investmentbanker f\u00fcr Royal Paper im Rahmen des Chapter-11-Verfahrens.<\/strong><\/p><p>Royal Paper ist ein vertikal integrierter Hersteller von Tissue-Produkten f\u00fcr Handelsmarken und Eigenmarken, der landesweit Kunden im Einzelhandel (At-Home) und im gewerblichen Bereich (Away-from-Home) beliefert. Das Unternehmen betreibt eine Papierfabrik und drei Verarbeitungswerke an der Ost- und Westk\u00fcste der USA und verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber Kompetenzen in den Bereichen Tissue-Produktion, Verarbeitung, Lagerung und Logistik.<\/p><p>Im April 2025 stellte Royal Paper beim US-Konkursgericht f\u00fcr den Bezirk Delaware einen freiwilligen Antrag auf Entschuldung nach Chapter 11 und begr\u00fcndete dies mit inflation\u00e4ren Gegenwinden, Betriebsst\u00f6rungen und eingeschr\u00e4nktem Betriebskapital.
