Florin Finance team to join Livingstone Partners in Amsterdam
The global M&A and debt advisory firm Livingstone is pleased to announce that Florin Finance, a leading Dutch corporate finance boutique, will join Amsterdam’s Livingstone team to reinforce its position as the premier independent M&A firm for middle-market transactions in the Netherlands.
The combined practice will comprise a team of approximately 20 professionals dedicated to delivering the highest quality M&A and debt advisory services to entrepreneurs, private equity firms, and corporates. The expanded Livingstone Amsterdam team will offer its clients access to a broader (international) network and deeper sector expertise, coupled with enhanced execution capabilities. This strategic initiative will position Livingstone Benelux for further growth in the coming years, creating ample opportunities for both clients and professionals.
