Joe Greenwood joins TMA webinar, "The Pivot: What will be Different in a Post-Covid-19 World?"
Joe Greenwood, head of Livingstone’s Special Situations practice, has joined an expert panel for TMA Chicago / Midwest’s June 5th webinar entitled, “The Pivot: What will be Different in a Post-Covid World and How will this impact the Turnaround Business.” The webinar will explore the potential upside or challenges certain industries face while emerging from a variety of Regional and National shutdown orders and restrictions, the employment and/or labor outlook, and related cash flow issues impacting the marketplace and future deal flow.
In addition, panelists will touch on how government and self-help programs like the Payroll Protection Program have, or may impact, industry-wide shifts, which may lead to changes in operational and restructuring decisions, marketability of assets, and opportunities for acquisition of distressed businesses.
