Livingstone announces new promotions in Spain

Offering a long-term career path to outstanding team members is a cornerstone of Livingstone’s growth strategy. We are delighted to announce the promotions of several of our key employees.
Eduardo Fort, joined Livingstone in 2021 as an Associate, and immediately impressed, demonstrating a deep knowledge of the investment banking sector, participating in important transactions such as the sale of THU ceiling solutions to Kingspan, AMR Aguilar Metal Recycling to Sidenor and Novac to Grupo Solitium. Eduardo is promoted to Director in Livingstone Spain.
Inma Vidal joined Livingstone as an Analyst in 2022 and has participated in important international transactions, such as the purchase of Resiblock by The Engineered Stone Group or the sale of Inese, a subsidiary of Wilmington plc to Indes Capital Group, among others. Her dedication and quality of work has led her to move up to Associate in Livingstone Spain.
Sergio Ribera joined Livingstone in mid-2022 after several years working in London and has been a key member of the transaction team on deals such as the acquisition of Aludium by Jupiter Aluminum Corporate. Like Inma, Sergio is promoted to Associate.
Guillem Vercher joined Livingstone as an Analyst in 2020, although years before he had already completed his master’s degree internship in the Valencia office. Since then, he has participated in several transactions such as the sale of Factory Colchón, CD Castelló and Indenova. Guillem is now Senior Analyst at Livingstone Spain.
