Livingstone is pleased to announce the expansion of its Benelux practice with the joining of Geert-Jan Bouwhuis as partner in the Amsterdam office.
Geert-Jan brings over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A and strategy. Before joining Livingstone, he spent 9 years at Randstad (RAND.AS), the global leader in the HR Services industry, lastly as Managing Director Corporate Strategy and M&A. Before that, he worked at PwC Corporate Finance for 10 years, developing a strong M&A track record across various industries.
