Livingstone welcomes Isac Stenborg as new Partner in Sweden
Livingstone is pleased to announce today that Isac Stenborg has joined Livingstone as Partner. He joins the firm from Grant Thornton Sweden where he was Partner.
“We are delighted to have Isac onboard. He brings broad transaction skills and an impressive track record. We especially look forward to putting his experience in the Business Services sector and specifically in consultancy businesses, to use. He will strengthen our already solid global market position in the sector,” says Daniel Ohlsson, Managing Partner at Livingstone.
With nearly 20 years experience in M&A, Isac has completed 40 transactions since 2009, including the sale of tech consultant Knightec to Adelis, the sale of petrol chain Qstar to DCC plc, and the sale of the innovative construction company Byggdialog to Sobro.
“It’s very new and exciting to be part of the team here in Stockholm. I look forward to leveraging the strength in Livingstone’s broad global organization. Livingstone has closed a lot of nice deals and I’m ready to make sure that more follow,” says Isac Stenborg, Partner at Livingstone.
Isac is the third new Partner named in Livingstone Sweden this year, following the April announcement for Daniel Ohlsson and Henrik Widlund. Isac will work on international Business Services and Media & Technology transactions and be based in the Stockholm office.
Livingstone’s international Business Services team is well-established and successful in the mid market, including recent transactions such as the sale of property consultant Incendium Consulting to The Instant Group and financial consultancy Catalyst Development’s merger with Sionic Advisors.
