Livingstone welcomes Michael Westhoven as German Partner to its global Media & Technology Team
Michael Westhoven has joined Livingstone as a Partner in its global Media & Technology team. Westhoven has over 25 years of experience in media, tech, and communications M&A as a corporate finance advisor, venture capital investor, and as an operational executive with P&L responsibility.
He joins Livingstone from Houlihan Lokey where he was German Head of Technology, Media and Telecommunications.

Michael began his career with BCG as a consultant for the global high-tech communication and e-commerce practice, subsequently working on the investing side for IRIS Capital. Additionally, he’s held executive positions at media group VIVA Media AG, Germany’s largest cable operator Kabel Deutschland, and was a Vice President at News Corporation’s FOX International Channels before joining corporate finance firm Leonardo Co., which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2015.
