David co-founded Livingstone in Chicago in 2007. He has over two decades of investment banking experience advising middle-market companies and financial buyers on both domestic and cross-border transactions. Beyond Livingstone, David is an active private equity investor and has served on many of Chicago’s leading civic, cultural, and political boards.
Prior to Livingstone, he was a Managing Director at Brown Gibbons Lang & Co. and spent four years in Corporate Finance at William Blair & Company. He was previously General Counsel to the Illinois Development Finance Authority and an advisor to Illinois Governor Jim Edgar.
