Dr. Schulz joined Livingstone in 2021. Prior to Livingstone, Dr. Schulz was the Executive Director of M&A at Hamburg Commercial Bank. Considered an expert in inorganic growth strategies, he has advised on succession, carve-outs, capital raises, and asset sales.
Dr. Schulz began his professional career in the financial advisory services division at Binder Dijker Otte (BDO) in Munich. He made the switch to investment banking at Berenberg Bank in Frankfurt, where, as Vice President, he oversaw public takeovers.
Dr. Schulz is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) with expertise in the industrial, business services, and energy sectors with a thorough understanding of venture capital.
In addition, he completed his Bachelors at the University of Manchester and completed his Doctorate at Westphalian Wilhelms University in Munich.
