Livingstone advised DING Group on its acquisition of Triopt Group
Livingstone advised Deutsche Infrastruktur und Netzgesellschaft mbH (DING-Group), a portfolio company of the DBAG Expansion Capital Fund (DBAG ECF), on the add-on acquisition of Triopt Group.
The Triopt Group, headquartered in Moers, Germany, is a technical service provider and specialist for the planning, implementation and optimization of radio and landline networks, including 5G networks. In addition, Triopt plans, builds, and installs fiber optic networks at network levels 2 and 3.
The Triopt Group includes the four subsidiaries Triopt GmbH, Tripro GmbH, Triopt-Bau GmbH, and Trijobs GmbH. A total of around 250 employees work at the headquarters in Moers and the site in Goch. As a service and full-service provider with a focus on mobile network expansion, Triopt offers services ranging from consulting, planning and optimization, inspections, cost calculations and construction coordination to radio network optimization for events and the construction and expansion of 5G campus networks.
