Livingstone advises Gullers Grupp on the new partnership with Broviken

Livingstone has acted as the exclusive advisor to Gullers Grupp (the “Company”), a qualified service provider that seamlessly integrates storytelling, leadership, technology, and sustainability into a comprehensive customer offering, in its sale to Broviken. Through this transaction, Broviken becomes the new main owner and, together with the existing owners, will develop the Company to the next level by expanding both organically and through strategic acquisitions.

Gullers Grupp is a leading agency in Sweden that seamlessly bridges the gap between communication and strategy. The Company is dedicated to societal issues and finding solutions that contribute to dialogue and understanding within four verticals: storytelling, leadership, technology, and sustainability. Founded in 1989, Gullers Grupp had a revenue of approximately SEK 385 million (EUR 36.6 million) in the fiscal year 2022/2023. The Company has seven offices in Sweden, and employs just over 180 people.
