Livingstone advises Ocibar on the acquisition of a minority stake in Marina d’Arechi

Livingstone’s Business Services team has advised Ocibar on the acquisition of a 25% stake in Marina d’Arechi. In this new phase, the marina will undertake investments to enhance its facilities, expanding its berth capacity, and modernizing infrastructure to offer a premium experience for all types of vessels.
Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Calvià (Balearic Islands), Ocibar Group specializes in the development and management of nautical-sports facilities. The Group currently operates a network of marinas in strategic locations across the Mediterranean coast of Spain.
Marina d’Arechi, designed, built, and operated by the Gallozzi Group, offers 950 berths for vessels ranging from 10 to 100 meters. The marina is strategically located at the gateway to the Amalfi Coast, just 25 nautical miles from Capri, one of Italy’s most popular sailing destinations.
Antonio Zaforteza, Partner at Ocibar, commented: “This investment aligns with our international expansion strategy and marks a new milestone in Ocibar’s roadmap. We are very grateful to the Livingstone team for their advice and unwavering support throughout the process.”
Juan Romero, Partner at Livingstone, added: “It has been a pleasure to assist Ocibar in the successful completion of the minority acquisition of Marina d’Arechi. Working with Toni and his management team has been a real pleasure, and we wish them every success in this new chapter.”
