Livingstone Seals Deal for A&D Hermetics Specialist
Livingstone is pleased to announce the sale of Accratronics Seals Corporation (“Accratronics” or the “Company”) to Ensign-Bickford Industries, Inc. (“EBI”). Livingstone acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the Company. The transaction closed in May 2024. Terms were not disclosed.
Founded in 1964 and based in Burbank, California, Accratronics is a leading manufacturer of consumable glass-to-metal hermetically-sealed connectors and precision machined components. The Company serves blue chip defense contractors and global aerospace OEMs with high cost-of-failure parts for missile defense, military and commercial aircraft, and space exploration systems.
Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, EBI is a global science and technology organization with unparalleled leadership positions in attractive industries and markets, including a business in mission-critical aerospace & defense hardware and systems.
Accratronics engaged Livingstone to run a sale process to identify and secure a transaction with the best strategic partner.
