Totaal werken bij Livingstone meer dan 100 investment banking professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het team in Amsterdam is voor een groot deel een groep oud collega\u2019s die in 2021 een eigen M&amp;A boutique zijn gestart onder de Livingstone vlag. Het team is groeiende en bestaat momenteel uit 16 professionals.<br><br>Als stagiair Corporate Finance bij Livingstone word je vanaf je eerste dag betrokken bij onze lopende deals en projecten waarbij je de kans krijgt mee te werken aan alle processen van de dealcycle. Je werkt mee aan de begeleiding bij koop en verkoop van ondernemingen, management buy-outs, bedrijfswaarderingen en het arrangeren van financiering.
