Livingstone Partners has advised Artefact<\/a>, a leading global consulting firm specialising in Data and AI transformation, on its acquisition of Munich-based strategy consultancy specializing in digital and AI transformation, The Nunatak Group<\/a>. The transaction makes DACH one of Artefact\u2019s fastest-scaling markets with an enhanced leadership team to accelerate growth.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Nunatak Group was founded in Munich in 2011 by Robert Jacobi and advises companies at the intersection of strategy, artificial intelligence, data and digital transformation. Its team of more than 50 consultants and AI engineers operates across Munich, Berlin and Zurich, supporting clients in areas including AI Strategy & Growth, People & Organisation, Operating Models and Marketing & Sales Transformation. Its offering is complemented by the AI & Data Lab and the Nunatak Academy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Artefact, the acquisition is an incredible milestone for Artefact in the DACH region. Combining the two businesses creates a complete end-to-end AI transformation consulting offering, spanning strategic direction and organisational transformation through to the implementation and scaling of Data and AI solutions. Nunatak\u2019s presence in Munich, Berlin and Zurich also complements Artefact\u2019s existing presence in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the transaction, the Nunatak Group\u2019s founder Robert Jacobi will assume the role of CEO of Artefact Germany. Together with the expanded leadership team, he will drive the continued growth of the business in Germany and across the DACH region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
