Livingstone has advised <\/strong>ReeVo, <\/strong><\/a>a leading European provider of managed cybersecurity services (MSSP), on the acquisition of <\/strong>Hispasec Sistemas S.L. <\/strong><\/a>(Hispasec), a leading Spanish cybersecurity services firm with over 25 years of experience. The transaction strengthens ReeVo’s presence in the Spanish market and is a key step in its international expansion plan.<\/strong><\/p>

Hispasec is a Spanish company specializing in comprehensive cybersecurity services, currently serving more than 300 clients in Spain and Latin America. With a wide range of advanced consulting services, cybersecurity audits, SOC services, and AI-powered solutions, Hispasec is recognized for its technical expertise and commitment to protecting critical IT infrastructures.<\/p>

ReeVo is a European provider of cloud and managed security services (MSSP) offering an integrated \u201csecure-by-design\u201d approach, combining cloud services, cybersecurity, cloud-native capabilities, and DevOps to ensure business continuity and data protection for its clients. The company provides its services in accordance with more than 20 top-level international quality standards and certifications and operates them through nine Tier IV (ANSI\/TIA-942) data centers distributed throughout Europe.<\/p>

The acquisition of Hispasec is part of ReeVo’s strategic plan to consolidate its presence in key markets and accelerate its growth in Europe. This transaction represents ReeVo’s first M&A operation in Spain and its second outside Italy, reinforcing its investment capacity, its focus on innovation, and its combined value proposition of managed services and advanced consulting. The combination of Hispasec’s strengths with ReeVo’s scale and technical resources will enable it to offer more robust and scalable cybersecurity services to customers across Europe.<\/p>
