Livingstone has acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the owner of <\/strong>Sensec AB<\/strong><\/a> and its subsidiaries (\u201dSensec\u201d) on its sale to <\/strong>Priveq<\/strong><\/a>. Through the sale, Sensec gains a partner that will further accelerate its growth journey, strengthen its already robust offering, and continue delivering solutions that meet society\u2019s rapidly evolving security needs.<\/strong><\/p>

Since its foundation, Sensec has established itself as a Nordic leader within technical security solutions, serving airports, customs authorities, police forces, the judicial system, and other public-sector bodies as well as private organizations with high security and reliability requirements. In 2025, the company generated revenues of approximately SEK 170 million and secured significant public sector tenders in Norway \u2013 including major contracts from Avinor and additional authorities.<\/p>

Based in Stockholm, Priveq has invested in profitable growth companies for over 40 years. Their business idea is to create value through long-term investments and active ownership in unlisted growth companies.
