Livingstone is pleased to announce the firm\u2019s Benelux team has acted as M&A advisor of <\/strong>Biltz<\/strong><\/a> on the acquisition of <\/strong>Meerbouw Rotterdam<\/strong><\/a>. Transaction terms were not disclosed.<\/strong><\/p>

Meerbouw Rotterdam, integral contractor and specialist for schools and homes, transformational construction, and property maintenance, has joined Biltz.<\/p>

By joining forces, both organizations can improve their ability to respond to the increasingly complex and sizeable issues and demands of clients. As partners, Biltz, Mouton, TBK, IJbouw, and Meerbouw broaden each other\u2019s knowledge in the field of maintenance and sustainability contracts for, among others, housing associations and homeowners\u2019 associations. With this partnership, the companies also strengthen their market position geographically.<\/p>

Until now, the Biltz Group consisted of four companies: Biltz (established in 2012), Mouton (joined in 2019), TBK (joined in 2021), and IJbouw (joined in 2022). Biltz is a leader in the greater Amsterdam region in the fields of sustainable renovations, maintenance of residential and non-residential buildings, and installation technology. Meerbouw is the fifth company to join the group and will continue to operate independently under its own name.<\/p>

In December 2021, Nordian Capital invested in Biltz. With this investment, Nordian Capital is building a national group active in several segments, including construction, property maintenance, and sustainability.<\/p>

The transaction was signed in mar 2023.<\/p>
