The deal closed in July 2024, and the terms were not disclosed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Florida Distillers is a leading full-service distilled spirit and wine beverage company with a portfolio of award-winning brands and the first registered distillery in Florida in 1943.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Company manages a diverse portfolio of proprietary alcohol brands, including the popular Capriccio Sangria, Deauville (cordials), Ron Carlos (Caribbean rum; US-only) and Mad Dragon (wine-based flavored RTDs; US only). In addition, the Company operates a strategically located distillery that specializes in producing bulk alcohol, including being a leading supplier of OTSOW (other than standard orange wine).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cOur deep expertise in the beverage alcohol sector continues to drive our success, especially as the industry experiences changes. By leveraging our market connections, we were able to find a buyer that was interested in both the brands and production facility,\u201d<\/em> noted <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/livingstonepartners.com\/en\/team\/andrew-bozzelli\/\"><strong>Andrew Bozzelli,<\/strong><\/a><strong> Partner at Livingstone<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cWe\u2019re excited to have played a key role in making this transaction a success. Other notable transactions for Livingstone in the beverage alcohol sector include: a previous transaction with <a href=\"https:\/\/livingstonepartners.com\/en\/transactions\/mhw-has-completed-a-transaction\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">MHW<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/livingstonepartners.com\/en\/transaction\/livingstone-advises-rumchata-and-midwest-custom-bottling-on-sale-to-ej-gallo\/\">RumChata<\/a>, and <a
