Livingstone is pleased to announce the firm\u2019s Benelux team has acted as M&A advisor on the sale of <\/strong>Paazl<\/strong><\/a> to <\/strong>Wuunder<\/strong><\/a>. Transaction terms were not disclosed.<\/strong><\/p>

Paazl, an internationally active SaaS-based multi-carrier delivery platform for clients in e-commerce, is joining forces with transport management service specialist Wuunder.<\/p>

Since its foundation in 2009, Paazl has successfully developed a high-end platform that fully unburdens the shipping process of online retailers by connecting them with a vast network of (inter)national carriers. The platform\u2019s value-add has been widely acknowledged, leading to a continuously expanding client base that includes blue-chip clients such as Rituals, Greetz, and Under Armour.<\/p>

Wuunder is a provider of a digital platform for transport management services. Operating in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, the company\u2019s platform offers automated and optimised solutions for streamlining the shipping process of both parcels and pallets. This comprehensive service is used by its (inter)national client base of online retailers, trade companies, and manufacturing clients.<\/p>

With the complementary service offering of Wuunder and Paazl, clients will benefit from improved access to a wide range of carriers and transport options, a dynamic check-out with real-time rates and delivery times, and an even better delivery experience.<\/p>

By combining forces, the two SaaS companies position themselves as market leaders in the Dutch logistics sector and take a significant step towards realising their shared vision of becoming Europe\u2019s most sustainable logistics service provider.<\/p>

The transaction was signed in June 2023.<\/p>
