Transaction terms were not disclosed.<\/strong><\/p><p>Van den Bos Flowerbulbs, specialist in the distribution of &lpar;rose&rpar;lily, freesia, and calla bulbs, has been sold to Heylen Group. Van den Bos is a leading supplier, sourcing bulbs from the Netherlands and its own production site in Chile, with distribution sites in the United States, Canada, and Australia.<\/p><p>The Company is globally active as an added-value distributor and logistical solution provider with a comprehensive offering covering among others the production, preparation, preservation, storage, and distribution of bulbs for professional flower producers and cultivators.<\/p><p>Heylen Group is a holding company involved in consumer products, staffing, food, minting, fintech, business events, and logistics real estate.<\/p><p>The transaction was signed in December 2022.<\/p><p><em>We can accelerate the execution of the plans we have already developed, and we will return to the lap of a family-owned
