Livingstone is pleased to announce the firm\u2019s Benelux team has acted as M&A advisor on the acquisition of <\/strong>Van Halteren Groep<\/strong><\/a> of <\/strong>Bosch Rexroth\u2019s<\/strong><\/a> Large project activities. Transaction terms were not disclosed.<\/strong><\/p>

Livingstone has advised Van Halteren Groep on the acquisition of the Boxtel-based Large Projects activities of Bosch Rexroth Netherlands, which includes the production of large cylinders and related service activities.<\/p>

At the location in Boxtel, Bosch Rexroth produces cylinder products and systems and it realizes turnkey projects for primarily the Marine & Offshore, Civil Engineering, Motion & Research Technology, and Renewable Energy markets. It also provides complementary services for these projects, systems, and products. Approximately 250 of the company\u2019s employees in Boxtel will become part of the Van Halteren Groep.<\/p>

Van Halteren Groep is a group of industrial companies focused on supplying products and technologies to clients in a diverse range of markets including among others companies active in manufacturing and high voltage energy supply. The mid-sized technology company has ca. 400 employees at five locations across the globe.<\/p>

Bosch Rexroth is an internationally operating group specialized in mechanical and installation engineering solutions using advanced technologies and extensive industry knowledge. Bosch Rexroth is part of the Bosch Group, a globally leading technology conglomerate with 400,000 employees.<\/p>
