Crystal Food Services, an operating division of Marsh Supermarkets, is a portfolio company of private equity house Sun Capital Partners.<\/p><p>Crystal is the regional market leader in providing high quality cuisine and food management service to its customers, primarily in the Indianapolis marketplace. The Company is recognised in the food services industry for its seamless integration of cafeteria management, catering, vending and coffee supply and service, providing \u201cone-stop\u201d solutions for clients.<\/p><p>Crystal has an excellent reputation for providing catering services to major sporting events, and high-end social and corporate events through their own venues in the Indianapolis market. Cafeteria and concession customers include many of the area\u2019s leading corporate cafeterias and entertainment venues.
