Medical, Inc, a national distributor of medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers.\u00a0 Terms of the deal were not disclosed.<\/p><p>Livingstone served as exclusive financial advisor to DSI and HealthEdge Investment Partners, majority owner of the Company.\u00a0 DSI is a leading provider of turn-key medication dispensing programs to physicians and facility-based healthcare providers that fill prescriptions at the point of care &lpar;\u201cPOC\u201d&rpar;.<\/p><p>\u201cOur executive team is eager to combine PSS\u2019s extensive sales network and support infrastructure with DSI\u2019s high quality dispensing offering and begin the Company\u2019s next growth phase,\u201d said DSI Chief Executive Officer Guy Bryant.<\/p><p>Jim Moskal, Livingstone Managing Director, added, \u201cGuy and his management team did a tremendous job the last four years of growing DSI, organically and via acquisitions, into a market leader in the POC industry\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">The DSI sale to PSS represents the second healthcare transaction closed by Livingstone in 2011, and another in a long line of recent deals completed with global strategic acquirers such as ARAMARK, Hertz, Kohler, Mattel, ModusLink, and
