PSI has acquired PPPI for an initial cash purchase price of $46m plus between $5m and $15m in PSI common stock based upon PPPI\u2019s 2014 results.<\/p><p>Headquartered in Darien, Wisconsin, PPPI designs, engineers, and manufactures electrical power generation equipment for the global diesel and natural gas generator market.<\/p><p>The Company\u2019s product portfolio includes integrated power generator set systems, switchgear, control panels, load banks, mobile power trailers and UL tanks. PSI is a leader in the design, engineering and manufacture of emissions-certified, alternative-fuel power systems. PSI provides integrated turnkey solutions to leading global original equipment manufacturers in the industrial and on-road markets.<\/p><p><em>\u201cPPPI has established a superior reputation manufacturing engineered diesel and natural gas generator set systems for global power systems OEMs, and provides a strategic product line addition and capacity set to PSI.\u201d<\/em> commented <strong>PPPI COO Ken Trent<\/strong>. <em>\u201cLivingstone\u2019s grasp of PPPI\u2019s business model, sector knowledge and deal acumen were critical to delivering a successful transaction outcome.\u201d<\/em><\/p><p><em>\u201cWe are delighted with the acquisition of PPPI and the tremendous opportunity it presents us,\u201d stated Gary Winemaster, Chairman and CEO of PSI. \u201cPPPI brings us a talented management team and a strong complementary product offering.
