First and second lien capital was supplied by Capital Southwest Corporation &lpar;Nasdaq: CSWC&rpar; and Avante Mezzanine Partners, respectively.<\/strong><\/p><p>Amware provides value-added customized warehousing and fulfillment solutions to small and medium sized businesses across the United States. With clients across a range of industries, Amware has gained a reputation as a leading logistics provider to both the business-to-consumer &lpar;\u201cB2C\u201d&rpar; and business-to-business &lpar;\u201cB2B\u201d&rpar; segments.
