The Livingstone Industrial team advises <\/strong>PlanET Biogastechnik GmbH<\/strong><\/a> on the sale of a majority stake of PlanET Service GmbH as exclusive financial advisor. PlanET Biogastechnik GmbH is a leading provider for the planning and construction of biogas power facilities and additionally offers comprehensive maintenance and services for biogas power plants.<\/strong><\/p>

The PlanET Group has already designed and installed more than 400 biogas facilities globally and offers an extensive product portfolio in the biogas industry. The subsidiary PlanET Service GmbH provides maintenance and service for biogas facilities as well as for combined heat and power (CHP) units and profits from its outstanding reputation regarding service quality and reliability in the biogas market.<\/p>

SCHNELL Motoren GmbH is a technology-leading manufacturer of CHP units for decentralized heat and power generation. Since 2016, SCHNELL is part of the TEDOM-Group, a multinational manufacturer and operator of CHP-Units from the Czech Republic. PlanET Service\u2019s maintenance and service portfolio constitute an ideal extension of SCHNELL\u2019s own CHP service unit. Due to the transaction, SCHNELL can further expand its service offerings for biogas facilities and CHP in Germany and the Netherlands<\/p>
