PEI Media provides market-leading intelligence and analysis for senior professionals in the alternative asset classes of real estate, infrastructure, private equity, private debt and other emerging specialisms such as agri-investors. Its product suite includes globally recognized digital and print publications, specialist sector research databases and events.<\/strong><\/p><p>Since LDC backed the management buy-out of PEI Media in 2015 &lpar;a deal in which Livingstone advised PEI Media\u2019s founding shareholders on their partial exit&rpar;, the business has significantly invested in the development of its digital and content capabilities, enhanced its subscription offering and doubled revenues from its events arm.<\/p><p><strong>Tim McLoughlin, Chief Executive of PEI Media Group<\/strong>, commented: <em>\u201cThe Livingstone team provided first-rate advice throughout and they managed the execution of this transaction with commitment and a deft touch.
