Livingstone has advised the shareholders of Harvey Water Softeners<\/strong><\/a>, the leading manufacturer and retailer of water softeners in the UK, on its sale to global water treatment solutions provider Culligan International<\/strong><\/a>. Established in 1978 by founder Harvey Bowden, the business is widely recognized as the premier supplier of water softeners and related products in the UK and Belgium.<\/p>

Founder Harvey Bowden<\/strong>, who will remain Chairman of the Harvey Water Softeners and will also work within the wider Culligan group going forwards, commented: \u201cWe are thrilled to have concluded a deal with Culligan.
