The previous owners, Jonas Sj\u00f6lander and Teresa Hadzic stay on as co-owners in&nbsp;B\u00e5stad-Gruppen&nbsp;and continue to operate Top Swede.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Founded in 1998,&nbsp;Top Swede&nbsp;is a leading supplier of personal protective equipment in Sweden. Today,&nbsp;Top Swede&nbsp;offers a complete product portfolio in professional and profile clothing under its brand and safety shoes via external brands. In 2020,&nbsp;Top Swede&nbsp;had sales of approximately SEK 145 million &lpar;USD 17M&rpar;, with its brand accounting for the largest sales volume share.<\/p><p>Jonas and Teresa established Top Swede&nbsp;as a solid brand with an extensive product portfolio and a respected reputation in the market. <em>\u201cThe company\u2019s fleet-footed organization combined with&nbsp;B\u00e5stad-Gruppen\u2019s&nbsp;breadth and network will make the merged group a powerful supplier of professional and profile clothing,\u201d<\/em> says <strong>Daniel Ohlsson, Partner at Livingstone<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p><p>B\u00e5stad-Gruppen&nbsp;is one of the Nordic region\u2019s leading suppliers of workwear, safety, and professional shoes, with sales via retailers throughout Europe.&nbsp;B\u00e5stad-Gruppen&nbsp;is owned by&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.storskogen.com\/\">Storskogen<\/a>, a privately owned group of companies that currently has a turnover of SEK 10 billion &lpar;USD 1B&rpar;.<\/p><p>This is the 61st transaction completed in the Consumer sector in the last five years, following the majority sale of Loviseberg Presseri to SEB Private Equity, the sale of INR to the danish company Dansani and the sale of Cliniclands to Henry Schein.<\/p><p><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"
