With 19 other refrigeration technology companies, LL:s Kylteknik is now part of Sweden&#8217;s leading group for technical energy solutions.<\/span><\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Founded in 1979, LL:s Kylteknik performs installations and services of cold storage and air conditioning facilities. The company originates from Kristianstad and is mainly active in Sk\u00e5ne and Blekinge. The company currently has 25 employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 80 million. LL:s Kylteknik will maintain its brand, and the owners will remain in their operational roles post-transaction.<\/span><\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Nordic Climate Group creates a robust and prominent player in the HVAC market in Sweden. Nordic Climate Group consists of 20 refrigeration technology companies and 12 franchisees, the latter from TESAB, which will also be part of the newly established group. Together, the group will have a turnover of SEK 1.3 billion &lpar;157m USD&rpar; and approximately 500 employees. Capillar holds just over 50% of the shares in Nordic Climate Group. However, the current owners of the local companies will retain significant ownership of the group.<\/span><\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&#8220;<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">LL:s Kylteknik is a well-managed company that has experienced strong growth in recent years. By being part of a group operated by entrepreneurs with deep knowledge and a high degree of curiosity in technology development, LL:s Kylteknik will be given additional opportunities to develop as a company together with management and employees<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">,&#8221; says Tomas Lind, Senior Advisor at Livingstone.<\/span><\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Livingstone acted as the exclusive financial advisor to LL:s Kylteknik.\u00a0<\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/maqs.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">MAQS<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0acted as the legal advisor to LL:s Kylteknik during the sales process.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Livingstone has advised the owners of LL:s Kylteknik on its sale to the newly established Nordic Climate Group \u2013 a company created together with Capillar Equity.
