Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p><p>Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Gro\u00df Tw\u00fclpstedt &lpar;Lower Saxony&rpar;, Meyer Strassenbau Group is a leader in infrastructure development, with expertise in civil engineering and road construction and building material recycling ensure efficient and smooth implementation of regional infrastructure projects.&nbsp;<\/p><p>The acquisition of Meyer Stranssenbau Group expands vitronet\u2019s geographic coverage in the Lower Saxony region. With the takeover, vitronet Group strengthens and optimizes its existing service portfolio along the value chain and is now one of the most important industry players in nationwide infrastructure expansion with over 2,350 employees at 25 locations throughout Germany.<\/p><p><em>\u201cThe Meyer Strassenbau Group is a valuable reinforcement for the vitronet Group.
