KG, a general contractor and drilling specialist for underground cable and pipeline construction.&nbsp;Terms of the transaction are undisclosed.<\/strong><\/p><p>The company is strengthening its geographical coverage in the Thuringia and Rhineland region as a service provider in telecommunications and fiber optic expansion.&nbsp;Founded in 2016 and managed by Andr\u00e9 Dittrich, the company based in Gro\u00dfvargula &lpar;Thuringia&rpar; is a valuable partner in infrastructure expansion.<\/p><p>DIROBA GmbH &amp; Co.
