Livingstone has advised <\/strong>Puntes Packaging Partners <\/strong><\/a>on its acquisition of <\/strong>Diflex<\/strong><\/a>, secured via investment from H Capital. The acquisition creates a new leading Spanish pre-press services group in the packaging sector. The group provides services for the design of packaging, pre-press, color management, and the fabrication of cliches and printing forms for cardboard and flexible packaging printing.<\/strong><\/p>

The new group will have manufacturing facilities in Madrid, Zaragoza, Valencia, and C\u00f3rdoba and a sales presence in France and Portugal. It has a yearly sales volume of \u20ac15M and over 120 employees. The new company\u2019s clients will enjoy all the cliche manufacturing technologies under one roof, so well for flexible packaging as for cardboard. The group also provides technological services, digital file management, workflow, and color management of the highest level with the usual flexibility, quality, and competitiveness of both companies<\/p>

Puntes Packaging Partners will stand at clients\u2019 service, with more proximity, broader services, and products that will better adapt to each client and market. The integrated company has higher strength and flexibility to continue with the national and international growth plan, accompanying clients in traditional and new markets through technological challenges and offering the best technical support.<\/p>
