Livingstone\u2019s Business Services team is pleased to announce that <\/strong>Beary Landscaping<\/strong><\/a> (\u201cBeary\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) has been sold to <\/strong>Silver Oak Services Partners<\/strong><\/a> (\u201cSilver Oak\u201d). Deal terms were not disclosed.<\/strong><\/p>

Beary is a leading commercial landscaping and snow & ice removal services provider offering recurring, contracted landscape management programs to commercial properties, utilities, multi-family communities, retail centers, schools and university campuses, and government facilities. In addition, Beary provides landscaping design and installation services to commercial and retail customers. Over its nearly 40-year history, Beary has become a premier landscaping services provider with six locations throughout the Greater Chicagoland Area and adjacent geographies in Illinois and Indiana.<\/p>

Livingstone conducted a comprehensive sale process, generating significant buyer interest for the asset. \u201cThis successful acquisition represents a milestone in our journey and is a testament to Livingstone\u2019s hard work.
