Livingstone\u2019s Debt Advisory team is pleased to announce the successful capital raise for Nationwide Energy Partners<\/a> (\u201cNEP\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) by Comvest Partners<\/a>. The transaction closed in April 2024; terms were not disclosed.<\/strong><\/p>

Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Columbus, OH, Nationwide Energy Partners is a leading, value-added provider of energy services assisting multifamily communities in realizing the benefits of owning their private energy infrastructure.\u00a0 The Company provides system design, installation, and ongoing equipment maintenance of minigrid systems as well as value-added services, including billing, customer service, data analytics, and other consulting services.<\/p>

Livingstone was engaged to conduct a market clearing process to refinance the Company\u2019s existing indebtedness and provide growth capital in support of near-term project wins.<\/p>
