En colaboraci\u00f3n con la ONG local Project Luangwa, la Fundaci\u00f3n trabaja para generar un impacto positivo en el Valle del Luangwa a trav\u00e9s de diversas iniciativas centradas en el desarrollo infantil y la educaci\u00f3n, la atenci\u00f3n sanitaria y el acceso al agua potable. En estos cinco a\u00f1os, los avances han sido notables.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El primer gran logro de la Fundaci\u00f3n fue la reconstrucci\u00f3n de la escuela local de Kapita, lo que permiti\u00f3 casi triplicar su capacidad hasta alcanzar los 520 alumnos. Con el objetivo de ampliar el acceso a la educaci\u00f3n continua, la Fundaci\u00f3n beca las tasas de secundaria de los alumnos con mejor rendimiento acad\u00e9mico y apoya a la \u00fanica escuela de formaci\u00f3n profesional de la zona, donde los j\u00f3venes adquieren competencias laborales. Adem\u00e1s, ha financiado la perforaci\u00f3n de varios pozos que han llevado agua potable a numerosas aldeas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e1s recientemente, la Fundaci\u00f3n ha puesto en marcha un innovador programa de matem\u00e1ticas para los alumnos de Kapita y ha patrocinado un centro de educaci\u00f3n medioambiental que ense\u00f1a a los ni\u00f1os la importancia de la flora y la fauna de su entorno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Siempre en busca de nuevas oportunidades, la Fundaci\u00f3n ha identificado un nuevo proyecto: la construcci\u00f3n de un centro de salud rural, junto con nuevas iniciativas de emprendimiento en la zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Descubre m\u00e1s sobre la Fundaci\u00f3n y su labor aqu\u00ed.
